Chicken Cookie Games, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the mobile application The Last Day Trader (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

We believe in plain language. We will not sell your personal information. We collect as little as possible. In fact, we have no back-end infrastructure to collect, receive, or store your information. Except the email inbox, so if you send us an email, don't get mad that we have your email address. That's on you.

The desire to avoid all data collection is why The last Day Trader does not have a leaderboard system. Neat idea, but we don't want to collect your info so hard that we nixed game features.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily

Support messages. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address, device information you provide voluntarily, and the contents of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Crash and error data. If the application crashes, the operating system or app store platform may collect diagnostic information. This is subject to Apple's and Google's privacy policies, not ours. We do not independently run a crash analytics SDK.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information through the game unless you contact us for support.
• We do not collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID).
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics SDKs in the game.
• We do not contain advertising networks or monetization SDKs.

2. How We Use Information

• Support messages are used to respond to your inquiry and, if you report a bug, to identify and fix the issue. We do not use support message content for marketing.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Not that we have it anyway.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers. If Chicken Cookie Games, LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance via this page if that occurs.

4. App Store Platforms

The Last Day Trader is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When you download or purchase the app, Apple and Google collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control or have access to that data.

5. Data Retention

Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry. If you request deletion of email logs, we will do so. We'll probably do periodic wipes of inconsequential emails anwyay.

9. This Website

This website (chickencookiegames.com) does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We use Google Fonts, which loads the Share Tech Mono typeface from Google's servers. Google's handling of font request data is governed by their privacy policy. No other third-party scripts are loaded by this site. No-Script it, Ghostery it, Adblock+ it, Ublock Origin it, whatever. No ads or tracking here anyway.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. For example, by noting the change prominently on this site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
